Most decisions about a home, such as buying, renovating or signing off a build, are still made from a tape measure, an old plan or a quick look. A 3D scan captures the whole building as it actually stands. We turn it into clear results you can rely on: room areas, wall plumbness, floor levels, stair dimensions and a full 3D model.
Whether you're checking a house before you buy, making sure your new build was built right, or planning a renovation, our job is to give you the facts so you can move forward with confidence.
We use an XGRIDS K2 handheld LiDAR scanner with RTK GNSS positioning, and our own processing pipeline, so every result can be traced back to the scan.
How we work
- Measured, not estimated. Every number in a report comes from the scan.
- Clear about limits. If a surface wasn't visible to the scanner, the report says so.
- Shareable. Results come in formats your builder, designer or inspector already uses.
- Family run and local. You deal with us directly, from the first call to the final report. We're based in Brisbane and serve South East Queensland.
